- How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, and express shipping takes 2–3 business days depending on your location.
- Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon.
- How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
- Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

- Are sale items or limited editions returnable? Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

- Are Onkai caps waterproof? Yes. Our caps are made from waterproof, breathable polyester designed to repel water while maintaining comfort and performance.
- How should I clean my cap? Spot clean only with mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Do the caps fit all head sizes? Yes. All our caps feature a universal snapback closure for a comfortable, adjustable fit.

- What does “Onkai” mean? Onkai comes from the Japanese word 音海, meaning “sea of sound” or “ocean frequency.” It represents our belief that movement and energy are constant.
