Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.Standard Shipping: 5–7 business daysExpress Shipping: 2–3 business daysDelivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. ONKAI is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Used, damaged, or unpackaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Our caps are made under high-quality standards. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@onkaiworld.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
